ABOUT LARRY EVANS, Realtor ® Almost everyone who has grown up in Oklahoma knows Larry Evans, Realtor ®. He started being the on-camera television spokesman for his family’s furniture stores in the late 60’s! With locations in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa, the television air waves were inundated with “Evans Furniture” Taking a break from the furniture business, he built and sold forty-seven homes in the Edmond area ranging in price from $125,000.00 to over a million dollars. An experience that Larry feels gave him a unique perspective on selling real estate. He’s seen both sides of buying and selling homes and has enjoyed to the fullest each side! Larry graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. And in his retail years, just about anything that could be done in a furniture store, Larry did! Since his father wanted him to learn the entire business from the ground up, he did it all! During the summers, when he was 13 & 14, he worked on the docks and over the years moved up in to top management of the company.
